The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. We ship all orders with tracking. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, international logistics, or carrier delays. Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to you. Shipping delays are not considered non-delivery. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will replace or refund your order.
Section 6 – Returns and Refunds
Our 90-day money-back guarantee applies to all purchases. If you are not satisfied, contact us at info@tryfurever.com within 90 days of delivery for a refund. Section 7 – Chargebacks
You agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us at info@tryfurever.com. Chargebacks filed for “product not received” while the package is in transit are considered misuse of the chargeback system. All orders are shipped with tracking. Customers who file chargebacks without giving us the opportunity to resolve the matter may face denial of future purchases, refund delays, and account flagging for fraudulent activity.
Section 8 – Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, text, images, and content on our Services are owned by FureverPets or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use may violate intellectual property laws.
